HRPANO Compensation Survey of NYC nonprofits, conducted by Quatt

Quatt partners each year with HRPANO, an association of human resources professionals in New York City, to conduct a compensation and benefits survey of its members.

The survey reports base salary, bonus, and total cash at various percentiles for 20 executive and senior management positions including the CEO and 90 benchmark positions. In addition, we report total remuneration (total cash plus all non-cash compensation) for the CEO position, with a breakout of health and welfare benefits, qualified retirement, deferred compensation, and perquisites costs. We also report on organization-wide insurance benefits, retirement plan, and perquisites structures and costs. Compensation data is reported in aggregate for all participants, as well by cuts by organization size.
