Anna Collins is a Principal with Quatt Associates. Her work focuses on designing and evaluating executive and staff compensation systems. She works with community development financial institutions, professional and trade associations, foundations, educational institutions, museums and cultural institutions, and other nonprofit entities. She has extensive experience in reviewing and designing executive compensation plans; conducting benchmarking and analyses of staff and executive compensation structures; supporting Boards and senior leadership in developing and assessing incentive structures, benefits plans, and compensation philosophies; conducting executive performance assessments; and ensuring compliance with relevant nonprofit compensation regulations and best practices.

In addition to her consulting work, Anna has spoken and been a panelist on these topics.

Anna graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and Linguistics. She earned her Master of Management Studies from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
