Our Team

Asieh Sedaghat Quatt Associate’s Chief of Staff.  Asieh directs internal operational tasks and is the project and workflow manager for Quatt Associates’ consulting practice.  She works closely with Charlie Quatt managing his schedule and is likely to be the first point of contact for potential clients.  Asieh’s consulting work includes performance management and executive assessments.

Prior to joining Quatt Associates, Asieh was a Portfolio Manager for a property management company in Los Angeles, California, where she managed 47 properties with an annual income of over $18,000,000.

Asieh received a BA in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.  She lives in Silver Spring, MD with her husband and two children.
