BENJAMIN MANOUKIAN

Principal

Benjamin Manoukian is a Principal with Quatt Associates. Benjamin specializes in executive and staff compensation and benefits for nonprofit organizations. Benjamin has extensive experience developing customized executive compensation packages, ensuring nonprofit executive compensation is consistent with applicable legal standards, conducting organization-wide compensation benchmarking studies, designing staff compensation systems and philosophies, developing effective performance management systems, and conducting market reviews of benefits. In addition to his consulting work, Benjamin has spoken and served as a panelist on these topics.

Benjamin is an expert in nonprofit compensation, working with environmental groups, colleges and universities, advocacy organizations, museums and cultural institutions, think tanks, associations, foundations, and other nonprofit entities. In his time with Quatt Associates, Benjamin has worked with a wide range of clients including the American Civil Liberties Union, Brookings Institution, Environmental Defense Fund, National Gallery of Art, Pepperdine University, Pew Charitable Trusts, Sesame Workshop, and World Wildlife Fund, among others.

Benjamin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and Economics and a Minor in History.
