Quatt periodically partners with the Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) to conduct a compensation and benefits survey of its community development financial institution (CDFI) loan fund members.
The 2025 version of the survey (September 2025 publication) has over 182 CDFIs participating from across the country and reports on current base salary, actual recent incentive, and total cash at various percentiles for executive and staff positions. In addition, we report total remuneration (total cash plus all non-cash compensation) for the CEO position, with a breakout of health and welfare benefits, qualified retirement, deferred compensation, and perquisites costs. Compensation data is reported in aggregate for all participants, as well as in cuts by organization asset size, number of employees, headquarters location, and service area.
