Quatt partners each year with the National Association of Manufacturers’ (NAM) Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA) to conduct a compensation and benefits survey of its association members.

This is an annual survey designed to capture compensation trends for large professional associations and individual member organizations.

Quatt Salary Planning Survey
Conducted each fall, this survey presents information on how organizations are managing their salary increase budgets for the coming fiscal year as well as their planned policies on salary range and bonus practices; it also reports on actual increases for the past year.
