VERONIKA BORDAS
Survey & Research
Veronika Bordas is the head of Quatt Associates’ survey and research practice, leading the firm’s major surveys, commissioned specialty surveys, upward feedback and board assessment surveys, and research projects. In addition, Veronika works closely with clients to design, implement, conduct, and publish various custom compensation surveys. She is also involved in all phases of Quatt Associates’ practice, including compensation analysis and market pricing. As head of the research practice, Veronika drives Quatt Associates’ knowledge and resource development, designing analyses, reports, and tools for assessing nonprofit compensation trends. Veronika is also published in the journal “Taxation of Exempts” on legal issues related to nonprofit compensation.
Veronika graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College, and earned a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. She resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband.
