WHES Compensation Survey, conducted by Quatt

Quatt partners each year with the Washington Higher Education Secretariat (WHES) to conduct a compensation and benefits survey of its higher education association members.

The survey reports base salary, bonus, total cash, benefits/retirement/perquisites, and total remuneration (total cash plus all non-cash compensation) at various percentiles for 22 primarily senior staff positions including the President. We provide additional detail on insurance benefits, retirement plan, and perquisites structures and costs specifically for the President, as well more generally organization-wide. Compensation data is reported in aggregate for all participants, as well by cuts by organization size.
